Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order is still in production and has not been fulfilled yet, please contact us immediately at merch@afsa.org with the subject line "CHANGE ORDER ADDRESS" including your name, order number and correct address. We will do our best to update it before shipping!
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will need to contact the mail carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. The carrier may be able to redirect your package to a new address or hold it at a local facility for pickup, though additional fees may apply.
When should I expect my order?
Standard orders typically take 3-4 business days to fulfill after purchase. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer express shipping options at checkout. Expedited orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days and arrive within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and order size.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide, in addition to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International shipping times vary by destination but typically take 10-21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I order products in bulk?
Yes! For bulk orders, please email merch@afsa.org or reach out to us through our contact form with more details and we will be happy to assist.

Do you ship during holidays?
We do not process or ship orders on major holidays, but orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day. This may add a delay to your overall delivery time during holiday periods.
